Aftercare is very important and if the client needs help with a basic employment contract in order to make the working terms clear we can recommend a skeleton contract to be amended by yourselves.  If you are not happy with your nanny or she leaves in the first six months two substitutes will be provided at no extra cost.

Over the years in Barcelona, Lucie has met many talented people from a broad spectrum of backgrounds.  TLC Services is a way to share this pool of talent.  Because Lucie´s mother is a homeowner in Barcelona but lives in England she has managed the flat´s maintenance and has tried and tested builders, plumbers, electro domestic appliances etc.  As an expat abroad she also understands the need for some people to hire professionals in these areas who can speak English.
