Lucie Bloor LLB (nee Patterson) born in London 1970 and lived there most of her life – aside from a Suffolk village and reading Law at Leeds University. After working in various legal positions she moved into online sales and marketing across the entertainment industry. In 1995 she married Richard, worked with him for several years on music projects and gave birth to a beautiful son, before moving to Barcelona in 2006.

She met two English ladies who founded Tender Loving Canguros S.L. They opened a restaurant and Lucie Bloor took over in 2007, and now manages the agency as Autonoma / Sole Trader.

After living in the centre of Barcelona for two years she and her family moved to Poble Nou where her daughter was born.

She has two gorgeous children named Jude (8) and Talula (3), so understands the many facets of parenting, let alone in a foreign country.

Due to the high number of talented and highly educated women (and increasing numbers of men) that Lucie has met over the years Tender Loving Canguros has decided to expand the agency to offer more services, hence TLC Services (2011).
